QED offers free standard shipping to the contiguous 48 U.S. states for orders over $100. Free Shipping does NOT apply on orders destined to Alaska or Hawaii. Transit times may range from 2 - 5 business days (Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays excluded), depending on distance.
For orders over $100 you are given the option of upgrading shipping method from Free Shipping to CHARGED shipping. Options available are:
United States Postal Service (USPS) **
• Priority Mail : This is either a Ground or Air service (depending on distance from shipping point). Takes packages up to 70 pounds. Delivery is usually 2 - 3 days (not guaranteed). Can be tracked.
• Express Mail : This is the fastest service offered by the Postal Service. It is overnight service (not including Sundays or Holidays) to most locations, 2-day service to some locations. Takes packages up to 70 pounds. Find the delivery time for your Express Mail on the United States Postal Service website at http://webapps.usps.com/expressmailcommitments/landing.jsp. Note: All QED's USPS parcels are delivered to the local post office in the evening. Transit time for Express Mail is based on parcels being received by the Postal Service no later than NOON (most locations). Therefore, you need to add 1 day to the delivery time shown on the Postal Service's website. Can be tracked.

United Parcel Service (UPS) **
• Ground : UPS Ground is the most economical UPS service. It offers guaranteed day of delivery (typically 1 to 5 business days) to and from anywhere in the 48 contiguous states. Can be tracked.
• 2nd Day Air : UPS guarantees delivery of 2nd Day Air shipments by the end of the second business day anywhere in the United States. Can be tracked.
• Next Day Air : UPS guarantees delivery of Next Day Air shipments by 10:30 am, 12 noon, or the end of the next business day depending on location (some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time). Can be tracked.
* Important Note about Free Shipping: If we authorize the return of product that was ordered under the free shipping offer and your resulting order total drops below the $100 threshold, we will deduct the price of delivery from your refunded amount.
** Important Note about UPS & USPS transit times: All transit times and delivery guarantees for UPS and USPS shipping methods are the responsibility of those carriers. QED gives no guarantee regarding transit times.
