- Our carriers of choice are United Parcel Service (UPS Ground) and the United
States Postal Service (USPS Priority Air Mail) - whichever is the least
expensive; however, in certain circumstances we may utilize some other carrier.

UPS Shipping Charges
We prefer to ship via UPS
because of its tracking features and because it has the best success rate of
safely delivering parcels. Shipping charges are computed by type of service,
weight, value and distance, and are automatically determined when you add
products to the shopping cart. Transit times for UPS standard Ground service
are shown in the map below. Transit days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or
UPS holidays. Transit time begins when your tracking information shows that the
parcel has arrived at the main shipping terminal in Warwick, RI. UPS deliveries
are not made on Saturday or Sunday. Rural or remote destinations require
additional transit time. You will receive an email from UPS when your order has
been shipped. Included with the email will be a link to the UPS website for
UPS Residential Delivery Charges
UPS charges an
additional fee per package over their commercial rate for deliveries classified
UPS Extended (Rural) Delivery Charges
to the Residential Delivery Charge, UPS charges a fee per package for
deliveries classified as extended (rural). This classification is determined by
your ZIP code. A PDF list of the affected zip codes can be viewed and
downloaded at the UPS website. This practice is the same for all small package
common carriers, though the charges may vary slightly.
UPS Declared Value Charges
with a declared value over $100.00 there is an additional charge per $100.00 in
value, with a minimum charge. There is no additional charge for packages with a
declared value up to $100.00.

USPS Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are computed by type of service, weight,
value and distance, and are automatically determined when you add products to
the shopping cart. QED offers only Priority (Air) mail service. According to
USPS terms of service, transit time for Priority service to all areas serviced
by the QED website is 2 - 3 working days. Transit times do not include Sundays
or USPS holidays. You will receive an email from USPS when your order has been
shipped. Included with the email will be a link to the USPS website for
status. Please note that this is NOT tracking information and the USPS site has
been known to be slow to update. If you received an email, rest assured your
package has been shipped. Note: if you use a spam blocker program or
other email filter it is possible the USPS email may not get through to you.
Providing us with a usable email address is your responsibility.
Once an order is placed
you will immediately receive a copy to keep for your records or to make changes
if necessary. If you do not receive a copy make certain you entered your
correct email address on the order form. Note: if you use a spam
blocker program or other email filter it is possible a copy of your order may

responsibility. We do our best to ship your order within 48 hours (2 business
days). If there is any delay we will let you know. Orders are shipped from
Riverside, Rhode Island.

We do not accept mail orders.
We accept orders from Canada
some Overseas countries. Contact us via email for ordering instructions firstname.lastname@example.org. Shipping charges will be
calculated on shipping method, weight, insurance and destination. Orders
shipped to Canada and Overseas may be subject to destination fees depending on
each country's policies. Payment of these fees is your obligation.
The only returns we
accept are defective product or incorrect product that QED inadvertently sent
to you. We will not accept the return of a product due to scent,
consistency, effectiveness (performance) or any physical characteristic that is
not a defect. Merchandise returns must be pre-authorized by our customer service
department. To obtain a return authorization number email us providing all of
the pertinent details including: order number and date. Incorrect merchandise
must be returned unused and in original unopened
packaging. You will receive a reply email including a return
authorization number and shipping address. Returned merchandise must be
accompanied by the original packing slip. You may want to make a copy of it for
your records. Make sure the parcel is insured, as we are not responsible for
damaged, lost, or misdirected parcels. Safe, timely arrival of your returned
merchandise at our shipping center is your responsibility.
Should QED allow the return of a product that is not
defective nor incorrect product QED inadvertently sent to you, a 15% restocking
fee (minimum $10.00) will be assessed to help defray administrative and
handling costs. If a refund is granted, you will also be assessed the cost of the actual shipping charge paid by QED whether or not you were charged for shipping.
