This member of the "14" series is completely handmade. The tightly packed 22mm knot contains the finest hand-selected pure badger hair. Pure badger is composed of cylindrical hair shafts, consequently best suited for the gentleman seeking a stiffer, tactile lathering experience. As with the more costly grades, the pure badger brushes are filled and shaped by hand. This process assures that there is no artificially created harshness when lathering that is often found when machine shearing is used for shaping.
