Shipping & Returns  All orders are shipped the next business day and are packed to arrive in perfect condition. In the rare instance we are out-of-stock of an item, you will be notified immediately and advised when the item will be available.

Shipping charges are based on the weight of an order.  We think this is a much fairer method than basing shipping charges on the total dollar value of an order.  Shipping charges apply only to the continental (48) states.  If you are located outside this territory email us for shippping charges.

We typically use United Parcel Service (UPS).  We do this for a couple of reasons.  Mainly for the good rates we obtain being both a daily pickup and an international customer, but also because of the highly professional service offered by UPS in tracking shipments and resolving problems.  This means for all orders we require a street address.  In some instances we may elect to ship via postal service or some other common carrier.

If you want to know the shipping charge at any given time for the items currently in your Shopping Cart click on the word Checkout at the very top of any page.  Scroll down to the bottom of the form and read the amount shown in the "Shipping Cost" block.  Then you can continue your shopping.  NOTE : UPS assesses a Delivery Area Surcharge to certain zip codes within the U.S. usually due to their remoteness or low volume of business.  This Surcharge is not built into our shopping cart.  If the Surcharge is applicable to your area we will notify you. 

Note:  Other internet businesses may offer a low flat rate for shipping but it is obvious they have to make up any losses for shipping in their product prices.  We prefer to give you the best prices rather than pad them to offer a low shipping charge.

RETURNS:

The ONLY returns we authorize are wrong product.  BEFORE returning any product you must contact us and get a return authorization number.  There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned items.
